Enrollment Process

  Registration:

  If you're interested in our course, please fill out the registration form which takes 5 minutes. Once you've filled the form, please DM us on Instagram or email us letting us know you've registered. This allows us to bypass any spam filters and reply directly to you.

  Application Review:

  Once we’ve reviewed your form to gain a deeper understanding of your background and goals, we’ll respond to you via the channel you reached out to us on. We might have some follow up questions about your personal journey and long-term aspirations in becoming a Quant. We will also share the price of the course.

  Webinar:

  Before the beginning of a batch we conduct a complimentary webinar for the applicants with the QuantYog founders. During this call, we provide an overview of our course, the hedge fund industry, quant trading, and myths in trading.

  Course & Batch Allocation:

  If you show the qualities that align with becoming a Quant and we feel the course is a good fit for you, we would be happy to invite you to join the next batch. The invitation will be available until the batch begins, and after that, the offer at the mentioned price may no longer apply.

  Undertaking & Discussion Forum:

  To join the course, you would need to sign a standard undertaking. We will also share with you the link to the batch’s community forum.

  Payments:

  We request a payment only after completing all of the above steps. We take the course payment in 1 to 2 parts. Here is our recommended payment schedule:

  First Payment:We request you to pay 50% of the course fee to commit your enrolment for the course and block your seat.

  Second Payment:We request you to pay the remaining amount halfway through the batch.

  If you opt to pay in one go we offer a 10% discount on the overall course fee.
  
  If you feel after joining a course that it is not suitable for you, it is fine for you to drop and not make any further payments. If a life circumstance happens in the middle of the course, we can move you to the next batch. We think this payment schedule gives you a lot of flexibility in your journey to becoming a great Quant.

  Classes:

  Attend the classes when the batch starts. After every week we would share a feedback form where we would love to capture your critical feedback so we can provide you the best support possible and continuously improve our teaching and processes.
